Advent Calendar Pocket Letter

My big Christmas project this year was an Advent Calendar Pocket letter. We were supposed to put it in a file folder and make it so it hung up like a wall calendar. The outside of the calendar:
I just embellished the tags a bit, I added the snowflake on one, put some bling on another one, added some letters to a different one and then layered on others. I added the vintage trim on the top to cover my seam.
The inside.
I bought a gift bag and cut Santa out of it. I really had such a hard time figuring out the handmade parts for the inside of the pocket letters and the decorating of those I was kinda done when I got to the actual file folder decoration.
Pocket letter:

I used a tree paper and made it so the 3 pocket letters looked like one piece of paper. I found some paper with numbers on it, and just punched them out with a circle punch. The first pocket letter (3 pockets) has a chipboard sticker that says Merry.
The second pocket letter (6 pockets) I decorated with reindeer and added the chipboard sticker of Christmas to the second row.
The third pocket letter (6 pockets), doesn't show until you flip the 2nd one over. I did a lot of layering with ephemera pieces on it.
The fourth pocket letter (9 pockets) I just put some journaling cards down and embellished them a little bit. The last row has a station wagon with a tree on and Santa and his team of unicorns.
The back:
I just embellished the paper and again. I added some wooden trees, some glittery pen, and some gems.
The back:
I didn't do anything but add some vintage trim to the bottom.
One of my big challenges was that we had to make half the things we put in the calendar.
I made a bunch of embellishments, some paper clips and some magnets.
The stuff I didn't make:
I included a few mini ornaments, some brads, some washi samples, gem, sequins, stickers, tea, flair and buttons.
I liked the challenge, it just kinda kicked my butt. I hope my partner likes it.

Lace Christmas tree

I signed up for an ATC tag.
Just used some scrap paper, added some book paper with butterflies and added some gems
Flipbook:

Used some bright paper as a background. Used some green washi to hold it together. Added a tree ephemera and some stickers to the front:
Used a doily and a sticker on the left page. Made a pocket on the right and put some stickers in it.
Created a couple more tuck spots and used some Dollar Tree stickers to decorate.
Pocket letter:
Used some cute background paper and added some stickers on top.
Back:

Used a calendar page.
 Lace Christmas tree:
The base is from Walmart, it had a fabric tree on it, took that off for another project and realized how cute it would be to layer some of my lace on this. I used a couple of my resin purchases for the tops.
I LOVE how it turned out.

Christmas pocket letter:

I'm trying to push my comfort zone and do more layering with embellishment pieces.

Fall pocket letter

I signed up for a flipbook tag in one of my groups and ended up using a base I had made of project life cards.
Front:
Not a lot of decoration here, I added the blingy E, because the person I was sending to had a first name that started with E.
First pages:
I added a quote on the left side and and the flip out card on the right with the pineapple cut out.
Second pages:
I added the sticky notes to the inside of the flip out. I stamped the girl on the right side.
Third pages:
I added a tuck spot on the left side.
Fourth pages:
I added the circle piece on the right side.
Fifth pages:
This is the middle, I added the You are here piece.
Sixth pages:
I added the Dreams chase and a flip down to the right pages:
Flip down:
I just added some sticky notes.
Seventh pages:
I added the life is better.
I also had to make a fall pocket letter. Pretty simple one, here, just some plaid paper for the background and some cute creatures from another paper:

The goodies:
Paper scraps of the paper I used, stickers, sequins, washi sample and some paperclips.
The back:
Just some leaf paper

Flipbook

I joined a new art group on Facebook, before I could join new swaps, I had to send in something I made, so I made another paperbag flipbook.
Front:
I used some vintage trim to cover the binding, I used some flower die cuts and put a vintage button on top of them.
First pages:

I basically then used some Prima paper I picked up to decorate the book. A lot of the time I just used the paper with not a lot of embellishment on top of them.
Second pages:
Last pages:
There's a little color here with a border strip I added to a pocket.
I ended up leaving the group after they received this, I couldn't understand the swap sign-ups and I feel I have enough going on.
I also made a couple tags that day for a Fall tag swap:
We were supposed to make one in fall colors and one in not traditional fall colors.
I just layered papers and stickers.
