I've been working on a tag flip like item using the items I received in Lollipop boxes. It started out as a notebook, but every time I added some of the paper to the notebook it would rip a bit at the connection at the top, so I figured I'd still use the paper, but punch a hole at the top and use a binder ring to hold them together. I stopped at October the last time I sat down and worked on these. So I started with November this time, it was a bit harder as I didn't have any of the stickers.
First page:
The tag had my paperclip on it, I cut out the quote from the post card and added the jeweled hearts to the top and onto the background paper.
Second page:
I cut out the banners from the ephemera sheet as well as the hearts. The lace was from Hollar, with a quote from the kit. I added a mermaid sticker from the Dollar Tree in the middle.
Third page:
The mermazing was from the ephemera sheet as was the tail piece. I layered the mermazing on a scrap of paper and used it to cover my name. I layered the tail piece on a mini doily die cut from a swap and put it on the background paper.
Fourth page:
I layered a doily from the kit with a die cut from my stash, the blue circle is from the ephemera sheet and I punched a one inch circle from the post card. I added a foam sticker on top of it all. I added a scrap of paper with some sequins from the kit. I added the hello die cut from the kit at the top.
Fifth page:
The tail is from the postcard, I added the quote from the ephemera sheet. I also added the jeweled hearts to the bottom.
I remember opening the December kit at work, apparently I never took a picture of the full kit.
First page:
I put the banner stickers on the left and right edges of the page. The banners on the right have heart stickers on them. I also added some wood veneers with some champagne colored flat back pearls.
Second page:
I covered one of the tags with a scrap of paper and a scrap of the post card. I added the walking, sweaters and hat stickers to it and put it on the page.
Third page:
All these items are from ephemera sheet.
I created this tag with the idea of putting it on one of the pages, but then didn't like the placement on the pages I had left.
Again, I covered it with a scrap of paper and added some stickers.
Fourth page:
I just trimmed the post card down and put it on the page.
January:
I didn't have the sticker sheet or an ephemera sheet for this one, so it was a particular struggle.
First page:
I really like how this one turned out. The pink doily paper was from my stash, I just trimmed it down and added it to the corner. The blue pieces are from the post card. The forever is from the description sheet. The captured and hearts were leftover from the September postcard. I added the chipboard frame (peachy cheap) with a baby picture of mine to it.
Second page:
I cut down one of the bags to put on the background and added some of the postcard. I'm not entirely sure which kit the flowers came from, but I added them to the page.
Third page:
I went with a tag on this one, too. I covered my name with a piece of tape that held a paper clip on. I punched out the flower shapes (I wish they were suns) from a paper in my stash.
Fourth page:
I found the stickers in the box, but realized later they weren't from this kit, though they worked with it. The word sheet is from the kit.
Apparently my limit is three months, I couldn't get inspired to start February.

Lollipop Box kits
I've been getting the Lollipop Box subscription box for about a year now, and I rarely use anything in it. I just open it, take pictures and put it away.
Last Sunday, I thought it was high time I started using it. So, I got them out, month by month and started altering a notebook. I wanted to do a tag flip like I've been seeing people make, but I don't have a lot of tags, and some of the papers weren't all that thick. I made a page for every paper I had. Mostly everything is from the boxes.
August:
This one had a DIY of a felt bow paperclip, so I used the felt for the base of the pineapple, some green paper from March 2018 kit for the leaves. The banner is stickers from the kit, the large piece was a cut out from the kit. I keep thinking I should add something to the middle of the pineapple.
This one, I cut out the postcard that we get and glued down the starfish wood pieces at the top.
This one has a scrap of paper from the previous page with a tag and a bow.
This one I cut apart the other postcard, the larger circle suns are from from the cut out page. I stamped the small sun and outlined it.
September:
The kit originally came with a frame, but I used it for something else, so I took a journaling card and covered it with one of the bags from the kit. The photo is from my stash. The cameras were stickers in the kit.
The filmstrip stamp is in the kit. I had these girls laying around so I stuck them in it. The speech bubbles are stickers from the kit. I'm not really liking them at the bottom. I may or may not change that.
The squares are actually plasticy tags from the kit I cut down. The hearts are from the cut out sheet. The washi is from the May 2018 kit.
The notes is a note pad sheet. The red polka dot pieces are washi stickers. The quote was in my stash.
I cut out the camera from the post card, used the last washi sticker and another word phrase.
October:
The banner is cut from the cut out sheet, I layered it on some twine from the kit, but sadly you can't see it. The pie was from a card someone gave me. The washi at the bottom is from the April 2018 kit, the burlap looking paper was from the card with the pie, the 'i love pie' was from the kit.
I covered up my name on the tag with a banner sticker, and just added leaf stickers around it and a pumpkin sticker.
The hearts at the bottom are from tags. The large heart was a template for a DIY in the kit, so I just covered it with one of the bags from the kit.
This is cut from the postcard in the kit.
One of those tags the hearts came out of, some wood buttons, a sticker another tag and another word phrase.
I also used some of the cut outs to make paperclips.
I only made it through October, I planned to keep going, and will sometime in the future, but life got in the way.

May Lollipop box
I got my Lollipop box today, this month's theme is Tea Time = Me Time.
First look:
Everything laid out:
All the stuff not in bags:
I love that the stickers are not planner related this month. I also love the teacup paperclip and the stamp set and the felt cupcake and the banner stencil.
Here's the mystery gift:
The die cuts:
They are so tiny and cute.
The treats:
a bag of buttons, two wooden teapots and some very thin washi in a teabag.
The DIY:
banner paper clips
My papers for the month:
I really like the kit this month, the colors are beautiful and the theme is great. I might use this one.

April Lollipop box
It took about two weeks for this one to get to me, and then I forgot to blog about it, typical. Anywho, the theme for April was Raining Cats and Dogs.
First look (Ok, not really, I got it on the way in to work, and totally took everything out at work, it was much nicer when I first opened the box):
Everything out of the box:
The DIY:
It was a make your own planner bow.
These are from the pink striped bag:
I'll pass the tabs and the paper stuff on to others in swaps. I collect the little sequin mixes, I don't use them, but I have a box with all the sequin mixes I've gotten and I like to go through them infrequently.
A mystery gift:
I'm not really excited about the washi.
The exclusive papers:
Another mystery gift:
They are cat erasers.
And all the other stuff:
This month we got a raindrop stencil, no felt paper clip but a felt umbrella piece, some flair pieces and the strip of stamps that are a cloud an umbrella and a sun.

Lollipop box
I get a subscription box every month, that is journaling/planning related. I've subscribed since last August. Thought I'd pimp it out, it's called the Lollipop Box Club, it's based in England and gets mailed about the 17th of each month, it takes about a week, sometimes less, to get here.
August:
September:
October:
November:
January:
I don't have everything from all the boxes (though I tend to hoard most of it).
Every month, you get:
a roll of washi:
A cute felt paper clip:
I have them set out by month: August-pail and shovel, September-camera, October-pumpkin, (I'm missing November which was a mermaid tail), December-star, November-cloud and February-envelope.
A stamp:
August-ice cream, sun, and pineapple; September-film strip and camera; I seem to be missing October; November-mermazing; December-flag, snowflake and heart; January-cloud and February-envelope.
Tags:
There are a few tags in each box, there's usually one on the papers when you open the box saying hello and then there's another inside with your paper clip taped to it.
Postcard:

postcard sized extras:
Stencils:
I don't use these, so I've sent most of mine out in swaps, this one is from February.
There's always a charm:
August-pineapple, September-camera, October-jack-o-lantern, November-jar and mermaid, December-snowflake, January-dream, and February-envelope.
There's always a DIY:
There's always a writing utensil:
Sometimes we get these cute little acrylic charms:
There's always exclusive papers:
There's always planner stickers:
There's always some tiny little word phrases:
And there's always extras:
Here's a close-up of the really tiny ones:
There was a bunch of envelope themed items, stamps, and 'happy' stuff. March is springy looking. I'm excited to get it.
